By using AI Unlock or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms stated below. If you do not agree, please do not proceed.

1 Scope of Application

These terms apply to all products and services on AI Unlock, including:

Online AI courses and video content
AI prompt packs, templates, workflows and guides
S Coin digital currency transactions
Creator content publishing and monetization
Partner Share Program (investment)
Any other digital resources on the platform

2 Your Benefits as a Customer

Upon purchasing any product on AI Unlock, you are entitled to:

Lifetime Access

Once purchased, you retain access permanently with no time restrictions.

Free Lifetime Updates

All future updates and expanded content are delivered to you completely free.

1-on-1 Support

Direct support via Zalo or Messenger throughout your journey.

Multi-device Access

Access your content from any device — desktop, mobile, or tablet.

3 No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not issue refunds once payment has been confirmed and access has been granted.

This policy exists because:

Digital products can be downloaded or accessed immediately and cannot be returned like physical goods.
Course content represents the intellectual property of creators and loses value once accessed.
Refund policies are commonly exploited to gain free access before requesting a chargeback.

4 S Coin — Digital Currency

S Coin (SC) is the internal digital currency of AI Unlock. The VND conversion rate is managed in the platform settings and shown before each purchase or withdrawal. It is used for all transactions on the platform.

New SC is issued only when users buy official S Coin packages. Internal SC transfers do not create new SC.

SC is used to purchase courses, videos, resources, and platform upgrades.

SC can be withdrawn as real money when the account meets the platform minimum and passes admin review.

Purchased SC is non-refundable. SC is not a financial instrument or investment product.

5 Partner Share Program

The Partner Share Program allows investors to purchase S Share (SS) and receive a percentage of AI Unlock's net profit monthly, permanently.

S Share purchases are final and non-refundable once confirmed.

Profit distributions are projected estimates, not guaranteed returns. Actual payouts depend on platform revenue.

AI Unlock retains a minimum of 60% of net profit. Partners collectively share up to 40% across 4 funding rounds.

S Share can be transferred to other users via the P2P transfer system on the platform.

6 Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content on AI Unlock — including videos, courses, prompts, workflows, templates, and documents — is protected intellectual property of the respective creators.

✓ You may:

View and study content for your own personal use
Apply knowledge and frameworks in your personal or business work
Reference content when giving credit to the original creator

✗ You may not:

Download, screen-record, or store video content in any format
Share, distribute, or republish content to others
Resell, sublicense, or grant access to third parties
Use content to create competing products or for commercial training

7 Consequences of Violation

Any violation of these terms may result in:

Immediate and permanent account termination without refund
Copyright infringement claims under Vietnamese law and international treaties
Legal action and claims for damages including actual losses and consequential harm

8 Privacy & Data Protection

Personal information (name, email) collected during registration or purchase is used solely for:

Account creation and order processing
Delivering access to purchased products
Customer support and platform notifications
Sending newsletter updates (only if subscribed)

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for commercial purposes.

9 Amendments to These Terms

AI Unlock reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The most current version will always be published at this page. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
